The 16th Hole Sponsored by

Bleachfield

440 Yards.

Par 4.

SI 1

Toughest hole on the course and has a stroke index to verify.  A long par 4, covering 440-yards, usually into the teeth of a gale.  A long straight drive between the trees is required.  Even the biggest of drives can be killed by the carefully positioned fairway upslope.  A long second shot faces the player with gorse and heavy rough to the right.  Hit a ball too far and you will find yourself resting against the wall at the rear of the green or worse.  The heavily sloped green usually adds insult to injury on this goliath.
